Team Building That Works

Do you think you are a team player?  What does being a team player really mean?  This program challenges the notion that consensus is a requirement of teams and everyone must get along all the time in order for team success.  The session uses high-energy and high-takeaway exercises with hard-hitting team fundamentals.  Participants will return to the workplace with a better understanding of roles on teams, how to assemble a high-performing team, what to do with a dysfunctional team, how to get a team back on track, and building a culture of accountability on a team.  This program can be customized to your organization and facilitated at your location in 2, 4 or 6-hour format.
