Leadership During Transition

Many organizations have had to make tough choices and decisions during hard times.  Downsizing, closing a division, mergers and acquisitions, elimination of a product line—having to lead authentically during these times is a challenge for even the most talented leader.  That is because most organizations focus on the structure of the change itself, realignment of the organizational structure, project plans to implement the change, termination planning, etc.  Relatively little time is spent on developing leaders who will be able to transition the employees through the change.  During this session, participants will have the opportunity to evaluate their leadership competencies during transition.  From that foundation, personalized plans will be developed for each participant that will improve leadership skills in specific areas of need identified for them.  This program can be customized to your organization and facilitated at your location in 2, 4 or 6-hour format.
