Martel + Associates can augment any Financial Acumen solution with a 360 degree Business Acumen Certificate program. Business Acumen is a much wider concept than just developing financial literacy. Business Acumen is more of a manager or executive development program. Our programs are not death by power point programs! Participants will engage in activities designed to challenge their routines and develop skills to evolve into better leaders. Personalized coaching programs can also be a part of our packages. The entire certificate program can run in its entirety, or stand-alone programs can also be customized to meet your needs.
What is included?
Martel + Associates will work with your organization to tailor sessions that will bring the greatest value. All materials are provided by Martel + Associates. Your cost will include a materials fee per participant, the facilitator fee, and any other travel or incidental expenses such as printing or development time. The entire Business Acumen Certificate program can be run, or you can choose topics a la carte. The Certificate program also can be delivered to two different tiers/levels of employees. First level managers and senior executives are an example of this.
What to expect:
The Certificate program will run 6 – 10 days depending on the level chosen. The program requires in-class contact hours as well as the expectation of participants to complete activities outside a “classroom”. Each participant will also complete a Capstone type of project that would be applicable to their organization. Normally, executive development programs run over a longer period of time- the six to ten days spread over one year. If there is a particular need for your organization-perhaps team building or leading through change, a one or two day program can be run as a stand alone session.
